Based in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai our team consists of a combination of talented and experienced local and foreign experts with different professional experience and personal backgrounds. Among the LBB Asia team are graduates from top business schools that have worked for different brands and lived in various parts of the world.

Aude Bousser

Founder & CEO

Aude founded LBB ASIA in 2011. She has worked with over 30 brands, helping them penetrate the Greater China market.


She has an extensive professional network in Asia including shopping mall landlords, retailers, distributors and investors. Aude has 20 years of experience in Brand Management and has developed a solid knowledge of Asia Pacific markets with a focus on luxury and premium retail in Greater China.


Prior to founding LBB, Aude worked for Cartier, Boucheron and Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris and Hong Kong and successfully opened 25 stores in Asia for these brands.

Fabienne Pellegrin

Executive Director

Fabienne has been working in Asia since 2000, she holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.


Since 2010, she has developed a strong expertise in ecommerce and digital especially in China. Fabienne has worked with various Luxury brands to set up their e-commerce operations and teams both for standalone ecommerce sites and partnerships with Chinese and Korean platforms such as Tmall, JD, Secoo, Xiu, Meici and Shinsegae.

Fabienne was formerly the Asia Head of Digital & ecommerce for Salvatore Ferragamo and the Head of ecommerce China for Tod’s group (Tod’s, Roger Vivier & Hogan). 

Beatrice Charreire

Executive Director

Beatrice has over 20 years of experience launching and developing Cosmetics brands with a special focus on Retai lin Asia and Travel Retail worldwide.


For 10 years, Béatrice launched Benefit cosmetics in HK and Macau and built up their global Travel Retail department based in Asia. She grew Kenzo Parfums in Asia and Europe with distributors and subsidiaries. She designed strategic long-term retail strategies and handled global negotiations withTravel Retail operators, shopping malls and department stores. 


She is  passionate about building up brand equity by living the Brand DNA. 

Gaëlle Loiseau

Director of Sustainability

Gaëlle has 20 years’ experience in Asia, Europe and the USA, working in business development and brand management in the luxury industry. She has handled several projects from contract negotiation to product launch and operational marketing. She has worked with brands such as Lanvin, Lancôme, Brooks Brothers, Banana Republic, Christofle, Ofée, and more.

Gaëlle is passionate about building sustainable business models to flourish in the future economy. She has recently graduated from a Sustainable Business Management course with Cambridge University and is now applying her skillset toward sustainability.

Edith Pak

Retail Operation Manager

Edith has over 15 years working experience in Hong Kong. After graduating from the City University of Hong Kong with a MSc degree in Marketing, she has worked in big groups such as Walmart and Li&Fung. Edith has also developed a solid experience in ecommerce and has worked in apparel international trade and retail. Having living in China, she understands very well Chinese culture differences among regions.


Edith speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English fluently.

Adele Yamak

Digital Manager

Adele was born and raised in France and she studied in Paris. 

After marketing experiences at Unilever and DBApparel (brand DIM), she has worked for 3 years in ecommerce for Amazon France. She recruited and managed high-potential brands to develop their sales on Amazon European marketplaces. She has successfully worked on various ecommerce projects such as launching and managing an ecommerce site or deep analyzing the ecommerce ecosystem in China.


Adele speaks fluently French and English. 

Zachary Koo

Sales and Retail Manager

Zachary was born and raised in Hong Kong and has worked in Paris, Beijing and Hong Kong. He worked for several years in in-house PR and marketing. Zachary has developed a solid understanding of the Chinese consumer’s behaviour and he has developed effective strategies to drive awareness and loyalty for brands. He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, English and French.


Zachary previously worked for Tod’s, Roger Vivier and Bottega Veneta.



Qiushi Zhang

General Manager – China Mainland

Qiushi was born and raised in China,  she has lived 8 years in France to study and work. She speaks fluently Chinese, French and English, and has a multi-cultural background. Qiushi worked formerly for a famous French fashion consulting company for 10 years, during this experience, she collaborated with over 20 Chinese and French brands. Having a strong understanding of the Chinese market and Chinese consumer insights, she has developed an expertise in brand management, brand launches and retail operations. She has an extensive professional network in China especially in fashion field.

Yue Ying

Business Development Manager

Yue was born and raised in China, and studied in France for 3 years before joining the LBB team in Hong Kong. She speaks fluent Chinese, French and English and her multi-cultural experience is key in assessing the potential of brands to succeed in the Asian market.

Yue has worked on diverse projects with luxury goods, tourism and high-tech retail solutions.



Anne Roumane

General Manager - Japan

Anne has over 15 years’ experience in Japan. She is fluent in Japanese and holds an MBA in Franco-Japanese Management. She has developed an expertise in brand management, business development and operational marketing in the luxury and premium consumer goods industries. Anne has strong knowledge of distribution channels, brand launches & retail operations. Some of the brands she has worked for include Christofle, Classic Fine Foods and Fisheye Film.



Georgina de Rocquigny



Georgina de Rocquigny has 16 +  years experience in brand strategy.  She founded Untapped Branding in Hong Kong to help companies create and transform their brands.  She moved to Hong Kong in 2010 where she worked at a leading global advertising agency as the Regional Strategic Planning Director for ExxonMobil in Asia Pacific.  Before that, she lived in New York and London working for global brand strategy consultancy, Vivaldi Partners for clients such as PepsiCo and Volkswagen.  


Untapped Branding has created brands from scratch for clients such as Jemocracy and Loop Jewelry and repositioned leading brands such as American Express, AsiaTatler, FORMS Jewelry and SCOR Global Life for Global and Chinese markets.  


Based in Sai Ying Pun, Untapped Branding works with small, medium and large firms to take their brands to the next level through brand strategy, naming and design.  You can find more about what they do here.
